Not really "found"... it's been around at conventions and such since at LEAST the 80's, which is when I first saw it. I knew a guy who had a copy on 16mm film, way back when. I have an .avi copy I downloaded from somewhere or another several years ago, but it would be nice to find a clear, better copy.

no, its an alternate edit of the 2nd pilot.

I had a copy of "Where No Man Has Gone Before" which never aired in which Kirk described Starfeet as a "police force." It was a reasonably good bootleg. Is this the one you're talking about?
