I'm currently working on lap timer 2000 AGAIN!! I'm going to try over head focal point photocells shinning down on the track from an overhead bridge.
Hope for better results. I currently have GB emmitters and recievers running
across the slot from the under side of my 1964 1/32 scale revell track.(4 lane) Sweet!! I know) LT2000 is sensitive. Would like some input on a fail safe method way of using LT2000. Happy Racing .

I never had any issues using LT2000 when I had it on my old track.... My failsafe method? I bought all the parts I needed directly from him. :)

My own failsafe method is to try another software. You can use freely ultimate racer (windows) or slot race manager (DOS). Perhaps you'll find them more compatible with your hardware.

Personaly I tried a lot of software, the better I found is SRM. 100% (as far as I saw) accurate and no missed laps or ghosts laps either. ;)
