Do they stick to painted concrete block walls?

I have mine on the painted drywall in the baseme... uh, I mean... racing room. But they are a heavy vinyl that I believe would adhere to any painted surface.

I have one on my wall in the garage. I've been happy with it.
It's needed some help staying on the wall because of the heat, but it still looks great.
