I'm pretty sure this diecast was given/sold to all entrants of the 2001 Matco Tool Spring SuperNationals in Englishtown NJ.

1/43-1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS, made by ERTL for the Matco tool Co. "Supernationals" and Racing Champions (hood and trunk open only).
