Tommygun43 11-05-2009, 09:28 PM Can't wait What time does racing start? Single car qualifying to set up the heats might be fun to try during one of these bigger events. RCRACER21 11-05-2009, 09:53 PM Can't wait...I am going to try to make it! Benracin' 11-06-2009, 01:38 AM I'll be there for sure and will have a guest driver as well. Greg ovalmaster 11-06-2009, 10:17 AM I think that single lap qualifiying would be cool. Bring it on!!! Antonio mightymidget 11-06-2009, 12:35 PM guys if i can figure out how to do it on the computer.i have no problem setting up the heats that way,i won't do it for all the classes just the 17.5 and COT and 13.5 if we get a lot of racers in that class. spydermans16 11-06-2009, 03:29 PM count me in for this race can't wait. c barsalow 11-06-2009, 04:03 PM We used to use a light trap to single car qualify. Setup as a 5 minute race and run as many as you can for 3 laps in that time..right? RTOURANGEAU 11-06-2009, 08:18 PM I'll be there, single car qualifying sounds cool but, need to start early to do it Bob T Tommygun43 11-06-2009, 09:05 PM I saw it done once, this summer on dirt. It was fun. Gives it a more realistic feel. Didn't take too long, about 20 seconds per racer. I think they just set the computer on practice mode, printed out a order in which to qualify, each racer got two laps, I think they just wrote down the best lap then sorted the heats by that. Mr. christmas set fast time then it was all downhill from there, lol. Outlaw 44 11-06-2009, 10:47 PM We did it in Granby a couple years after Salvas suggested it, it was pretty fun. mightymidget 11-06-2009, 11:04 PM If everyone remembers we use to do that at the Salvation army with the old counting system,so it's nothing new to us,just got figure out how to do it on this system.i will look in to it tomorrow.Bob is right we will have to start doing this early so it will cut in to practice time.i believe the race is starting earlier that day anyways,Neil can confirm this. wrenchhead 11-08-2009, 04:51 PM come test your skills at the toughest little short track in upstate ny my guess is 116 enterys DICKJ45 11-08-2009, 08:23 PM we used to do 3 lap qualifying runs at the track i had in Chateaugay and it seemed to work out very well. Time was the only drawback. If everyone is ready to go when they are up it doesn't take long but if some guys aren't ready then you have to go back in the program and that is what took all the extra time. Can't wait for this race it's always a good one!! I think you will have to run a 92 @ 502 to make the A in 17.5 ?? Fireball929 11-13-2009, 07:10 AM Can't wait to get back to some serious short track racing. The best in the northeast. Count me in. wrenchhead 11-15-2009, 09:32 PM this is going to be the where u want to race on the 28 this is the toughest little short track in the northeast if u arent here your not racing bump for a great track and great racing Butters16 11-15-2009, 09:42 PM There will practice on Friday before the Autumn Blast , Doors open on Saturday at 8 am with racing starting at 1 pm. Butters16 11-18-2009, 10:42 AM a week a half left to go till the Autumn Blast:thumbsup: SRI20 11-18-2009, 11:46 PM I am trying to get a ride from the south to come up for this event. had a blast sunday and cant wait to come back Tommygun43 11-19-2009, 12:28 AM Al, I might go if you want to ride up together. RCRacer00 11-20-2009, 12:47 PM What classes you guys running? Maybe Just Maybe, My son and i could make it. jolicoeurw 11-20-2009, 07:17 PM i will be there Butters16 11-20-2009, 11:01 PM i beleive the classes will be COT 17.5 Semi Pro 17.5 Super pro 13.5 SK Slash trucks EDM maybe? Benracin' 11-23-2009, 06:52 PM Countdown is on for the Autumn Blast. We've been getting between 40-50 entries each week for regular races, can we break 75 for the Blast? Come on guys lets try and do it, the racing has been incredible!!!! Greg Butters16 11-24-2009, 06:43 PM Only a couple more days till the hammer drops and the racing begins , should be a great show. Tj Towne 11-24-2009, 08:44 PM looks like phil and i will be there....maybe chris. skinny2 11-24-2009, 11:31 PM This is a post for Junior Barnes Unfourtanelty it was confirmed tonight from jr that this morning he lost his father and cant make it to the autumn blast. Thanks to Dan, Neil and the entire LCRC Crew Its the only track that I know of that can put a show on like you guys do week in and week out. Oh and it was a NEW Autumn Bast Record with 70-71 Entrys!!!!!! WOW Thanks to Dee for keeping us fed all day, and to Erica for giving Dee some much needed Help. Other Issues At hand were talked about and even tested and Decisions Made. This is the only place I have seen that will take the time and talk and work with the racers and for the racers and what will most benefit everyones best interests to keep racers coming back. Congrats to everyone at the LCRC Club on a Great Start to the Season and A Big THANK YOU Again. OPPS almost for got Neil and The awesome deals in the Hobby Shop!!!!! See everyone Next Week! Cory daywalker 11-29-2009, 10:53 AM I had a great time,And it was good to see how close the racing was, everyone had good chance to win in any class.I hope everyone had a blast Fireball929 11-29-2009, 11:06 AM What another great race at LCRS. The autumn blast was defientely a BLAST! With 71 racers and great door to door racing all day long. If you missed it, you should have been there. Tommygun was in the b main with 92 laps. just crazy! Congrats to wade and chris w. for the first to run 99 laps in 13.5 1c. The new speedo is just crazy fast. 97 laps with a 17.5 and a 50c battery. thats 5 laps faster than the semi pro. I think once more people get this speedo it will be the super pro class. Having it in the 13.5 class is like putting a 10.5 in the car its just crazy shit. So remember the new speedo is not legal at the track at all until a new class is made. I would like to take my hat off to Dan, Neil, Tony, Donald, and whoever else helped out to put a awesome show. Also to Denise and Erica for the great food all day. Service with a smile all day! Congrats to all the TQs and winners in all classes. See ya, Fireball wrenchhead 11-29-2009, 12:13 PM if u didnt show to this race u better mark the jeff sears race on calender and not miss it nice run kenny in 13.5 and i give the longest tow to the walsh crew great to c u guys again chris walsh next time we c u u will have to give the twister a try good job to the lcrc crew Tommygun43 11-29-2009, 04:59 PM I knew racing would be close, but did not think I would be 1.6 seconds from TQ and not even make the A-main and miss the main by only .003, yep 3 THOUSANDTHS of a second! lol. That's awsome. Thanks again to the crew! spydermans16 11-29-2009, 06:32 PM awesome race many thanks to the LCRS crew for putting great show and having such a great place to race. thanks to Denise and Erica for the great food all day.
