Hey guys,
I thought you might like to see the Spidey/Gobby set I just wrapped up.

When I was building these I thought that they would make a pretty cool set of bookends for my Marvel DVDs

I used the texture paint I found when doing the Mummy set for the bases and the the figures are all painted with acrylic craft paints from Wal-Mart (with the exception of Gobby's glider which was leftover Metallizer stainless steel)

enjoy, discuss, dissect.

Looks good Lou. I was thinking of doing the same thing, of course by the time I get to them there will be alot more Marvel movies out and discs will be antiques.

Cool idea to use them as book ends (DVD ends?) -- functional model kits! What a concept!

Great job and an interesting use of them!:) In fact it's amazing how good they look as book ends, as if they've been designed for that purpose as well.
