I know it's really early to start planning for 2010, but it does come fairly quick.

The 1st annual Bob Thompson Memorial race is scheduled for May. With help from all of Bob's friends and fellow racers I'm sure it will be a great day of remembrance and racing. Bob will be missed, but never forgotten. More info. about this event coming soon.

I'm going to Grand Rapids to do a promotional race (had to fix my car first). I am working on a promotional video for QSAC. I am also working on the website, rules for 2010, and other 2010 documents for QSAC.

Selling all my 1/10 scale stuff so I can buy a new car and thinking about how to get more people involved with the hobby. I may hold on to my current car and set it up as a rental or invite some people to (Stealing a line from Ford) drive one at our track...lol maybe they may want to buy it right there on the spot radio and all... just a thought.

Also, making up more QSAC business cards and getting them out to people doing promotional appearances as well as getting material together to create a fold out presentation like you would see on an easel.

Working with the marketing people to see what i can do to get the QSAC website more visibility and better searchability on the internet. I want to get more hits on the website.

I'm also trying to make the site come up faster in your browser, and not loose any material, maybe add a few things too...

This should keep me busy for a while... So send me your material (Video, pictures, text, and ideas)

That's what I thought. We did a 1/4 scale show / display their back in 2006 (i think) at the Sharon Nationals. TONS of people (10K)! It was fun. I was horse from talking to all the people about the 1/4 scale cars.

I could arrange this again if anybody is willing to help. The Blaney's (track owner Dave Blaney) loved this!

Dan....(good Idea) i have been very busy lately..... They also have that small oval in the front stretch. It is possible we could put on a show for intermission there or something like that. In fact I would almost bet money we could darn near put on a full program for one day this summer on one of their weekends that isn't a special event. I will call them tomorrow. I know who to talk to. It would take at least ten racers to do this 15 would be better as that small oval is i am guessing 550 ft. by at least 50 to 60 feet wide.
