Make a list, someone would be responsible for pairing up people.

The people who wish to participate would have their shipping address in their profile as well as some suggestions in maybe their pictures index or something.

I don't know. Just a thought. Something that I'd like to do!

I'd say it would have to have a limit of $50 to make it worth while here...just sayin' is all.
