I think this may work, thanks to those who gave me tips on linking photos to threads,
I added extra shelves to these Ikea cabinets, went to a local glass shop & had them cut some extra glass shelves with a sample as template. I then hit up a Micheals Craft store & got some 7" & 5" cake tiers. I think the 7" work better, more clearance and it makes the extra shelves look centered with the others.

Cake tiers...

I never would of thought of those. I have the same cabinets and I have been struggling to figure out the best way.
