And yes, that was a pun. :hat: MartinHatfield 10-20-2009, 06:18 AM Just like on studio models..I love finding everyday stuff on these old props. Like the siver painted potato salad containers on the right rear quarter, and the hub cap painted black as part of the top of the reactor. Neat, and great photos there. compucrap 10-27-2009, 01:15 PM I hate to rain on everyones parade but that is NOT a screen used delorean from Back to the Future. There are several deloreans out there that have been thrown together to appear to be a BTTF time machine but its clearly inaccurate in many ways. This is a poor copy of the real deal. Many of the parts on this car are not what were on the real filming cars. There are several deloreans out there that have been thrown together to appear to be a BTTF time machine but its clearly inaccurate in many ways. This is a poor copy of the real deal. Many of the parts on this car are not what were on the real filming cars. Well, I did intro this as "as seen at Wizard World Comic Con", not "as seen in the Back to the Future movies". The first thing that tipped me off to this not being one of the real filming cars was all of the little LCD screens on the front and back bumpers. Then came all of the little neon lights all over the place. Poor copy? Well, unless I can afford to buy a DeLorean and outfit it like this one, or do better, I'll refrain from criticizing it. I thought it was nicely done. Kudos to the folks that put the time, money and effort into it. There was no charge to take pics of it, no charge to sit in it and get your pic taken if you wanted so I just snapped away. vBulletin® v3.8.7, Copyright ©2000-2012, vBulletin Solutions, Inc.
