How come Matchbox doesn't follow the old standby of re-releasing a model as a 4x4 version, with a different base and large 4x4 monster tires?
They used to do this often (Ridin high van, Monster Vette, Rompin Rabbit, etc...
I'd love to see the chevy stepside done as one of these, as well as most of the 4x4 adventure series... FJ40, 56 ford pickup, 69 Camaro, mini cooper?? haha...
What other monster versions would you guys like to see from MBX?
Seems like a cheap way for MBX to not have to come out with so many new models, but make variations on existing ones... just by redesigning a base...
