Got both of these at a Church rummage sale for five dollars.I know the X-Men figure but what is the Spawn figure?

its ugly..in a good way, there are so many spawn figs its hard to keep track of, not really my thing, good price though.

That's Priest and Mr. Obersmith, from 1999's "Curse of the Spawn" line. Nice finds!
