i payed 300 for it and i think its a wcm but i dont know what one it is
or wher to get parts
ie rims tires gas tank and a new body

Looks like a Lightning. Go to http://qsac.org and you can see the links to the manufacturers. BRP has the tires, Daves discount motors has the motors etc. Have fun

thats an old lightning car you can call larry at quarterscale motorsports for parts.

wouls say the 300 i spent on it was to much???? or is it a good buy
