I would say 81/25 would be a good starting point.

Edit: I should have said, that is for medium-large off road tracks. I run a fantom geared at that, so a novak should be geared close to that or a little higher.

Depends on size of track. Is it offroad? Are you running dirt tires or foam on carpet? All variables affect the gearing choice. Give some more info.
