Just wanted to say hello to all and ask some advice on what crawler would be recommended..Im totally new to rc vehicles (eacept a couple of walmart thingies)and wanted to get into rockcrawling on the cheap..at least at first..see how that goes and take it from there..I watched some videos on the tamiya rock crawler jeep and f40..they look like fun and have great detail..any advice/suggestions?

An AX10 ready to run will be your best bet. It will get you going in the right direction for minimal price, and it is very easy to upgrade it, with aftermarket parts.

do not buy a ax10 rtr not worth the money
but there is a ax10 ready to crawl that is a ok start
try that
or a losi comp crawler is a even better start
