Not a real costume, but it's the thought that counts...

Someone on another board, on this same topic, posted a picture of a Predator costume for kids. The packaging said "CHILD PREDATOR."

Any self-respecting Superhero always wears his Sunday dress shoes while fighting evil! And it doesn't hurt to have your name printed on your chest just to avoid confusion.

This is obviously a very old ad since it doesn't have a disclaimer warning the buyer that wearing the Superman costume would not enable the wearer to fly.

remember, each warning on a lighter is the result from some lawsuit. My guess is that this was back before folks were smart enough to insist upon such warnings rather than enforce it themselves as parents.

actually those arent too bad. certainly better than the plastic mask with the characters name and picture on the chest.

I love to get the Chuck Barris costume!! I still love Pee Wee's show (I would shake his hands though).

... certainly better than the plastic mask with the characters name and picture on the chest.

Although, in this case, it was probably prudent to have the character's name and picture on the chest - to avoid misinterpretation if nothing else.
