What tires do most ppl use on carpet. I havent raced on carpet in 5 years and I really didnt know what I was doing then. I've heard that you cant use pinks or purples something to do with natural rubber idk???

there are all kinds of wacky combos that work but 3 pinks and a black rf will work just fine and you dont have to buy a bunch of compounds you will only run a few times a year.

just make sure you get some muddslide tire cleaner and keep those tires clean or they will gum up. this goes for whatever tire combo you go with.

We should be ready to open at 2pm Friday. Track will be open LATE Friday night and reopen Saturday at 6am. Racing starts at 10:30am. Lots of oval guys racing road course Sunday... should be wild. World GT is going to have a mix of left turn only guys and masters of the road. Sophia for me... no more Chevy.

what is the nearest airport to the track?

hey Frank you can go to the Tampa airport, its proably the best and the easiest. St pete has an airport but i dont know if you can get a flight in there. Tampa airport is only about a half hour away at the most.
