Well at the moment I've checked out about 30 local suppliers here in Sydney but no one has anything newer than Batch G.

I've managed to snare 7 Crown Victoria taxis from various sources.

I am desperate for Batch H to be released here so I can get my hands on some ambos (ambulances).

If there are any other Aussies out there, let us know what you have found and where you have found it.

With regard to other items here in Oz such as 5 Packs.... the last couple we've had here were #8 Dino Search and #11 Desert Adventure. Am looking forward to the arrival of #10 City Services.

Real Working Rigs are coming through fairly regularly and Super Convoys have already landed Down Under. :thumbsup:

I have yet to see Crown Vic taxis on Canadian pegs, either I'm slow at searching & they get scooped or they just haven't shown up.

I have found one lot of Batch H on short cards at Coles about 5 weeks ago, but not seen them anywhere else since. Picked up the Red VW Van and Mercedes SLR.

I havent spotted the Green cadillac deVille anywhere yet:confused:

I've got those vehicles too ozgordon but according to this source from the Matchbox Forum website they are part of Batch G.

In fact most stores have hardly any Matchbox left at all.

My local supermarket had about 100 MBX cars on the pegs. The numbers fell to about 20 without restocking.

A few weeks ago I went in to find there were only 3 left.

One week ago...... still 3.

Yesterday.............1! :cry:

This is the same deal in so many stores. I think a bunch of Somali pirates must have hijacked a container ship of Matchbox cars bound for Australia! :D

Picked up the dark green Caddie and gold Range Rover from TRU today here in Sydney. :thumbsup:

Haven't seen them in stores before and am not sure what batch they're from. :confused:

I went along tonight to the monthly Granville Toy & Hobby Swap Meet at Granville in Sydney's south west.

I picked up a few mint condition DLMed Matchbox cars for around AU$2 each.

Am very happy. :thumbsup:

Sorry I don't know what batches they were, But the new models were the Mitsubishi Triton, Toyota Prius, Ford Ambulance, Ice cream van, street sweeper, Mercedes SLR, Jag XK120SE, Quick Sander, and Jungle Crawler. There's a couple I didn't buy because of paint errors (scratches ect.)
I'll try to put up a pic of what I got soon.

I found the SLR at Safeway at Forrest Hill, but the rest were all from Big W.

Other than the new models I mentioned, there was a few repaints. Mercedes Unimog, Audi RS6 ect.(sorry can't remeber all of them)
Hopefully new matchbox will show up everywhere soon. I'm still missing a few new models:(

2 x Hot Wheels Custom '42 Jeep CJ-2As (desert coloured hot rods) for the stockpile of military vehicles for my 5 nephews ($1.50 each - the cars... not the nephews) ;)

1 x Johnny Lightning maroon & cream 1971 Buick Riviera for me ($5) and

1 x Matchbox 2007? black 1963 Cadillac Hearse ($3). I had 2 silver ones but never found a black one with a good paint job until tonight. :)

Normally I come home with a lot more goodies but I didn't see too much stuff I wanted tonight. :drunk:

I picked up Batch H,J,K,L at BigW Forest Hill this morning. I was quite surprised to see them all hanging on the pegs. Mattel Australia must have put 4 batches in the one box I'm guessing but there were two MB's I couldn't find from Batch K and they were re-colours. (Orange Ford Ambulance and the White Honda Civic)

Now all I need is the two re-colours from Batch K and I've finished the 2010 MB collection. This year as been better than the last because I've found all of them without having to purchase them from overseas.

Hopefully I find the other two soon :)

ATTN: Coles has specials on Matchbox products until Christmas. Matchbox Singles are $1.98 and 5 packs are $8.71. I didn't buy anything because my local stores have old stock but hopefully this sale will help empty the shelfes in time for the New Year and hopefully we'll see some new Matchbox :thumbsup:

Batch H,J,K,L found at BigW Waverley Gardens. The box was unopened so I asked to employee if I could take a look... there was no Orange Ambulance nor White Honda Civic but they had everything else. I think we may have missed out on these unless it appears in Batch A 2010 if we recieve it next year.
BigW also had the 2010 Skybusters... I think this is the first time I've seen Skybusters at BigW????

If anybody finds either of the above two please let me know.
