Can't believe no one's taken this. It is a really big kit and a terrific sculpture, nearly seamless because the place where the two biggest parts come together is supposed to be cracked. The egg is difficult to get into shape if the vinyl is warped, but a little patience and it'll get done. These used to be commonly available bagged but not so much anymore.

Well worth $25.

I can't believe it either, the economy must be bad.
It makes me wonder if I should waste my time posting my Horizon Darga T-Rex and Triceratops that I have partially built and no longer have time nor room for.

Have you considered listing it at Hobby-Bid (http://www.hobby-bid.com/)? I've had some success there. Free to register, list and sell. Lots less hassles than eBay, although also not as many bidders. If you do give it a try, make sure to set a minimum price you can live with because you're not likely to see a flurry of bidders yet.

That's too bad. Did you leave him negative feedback? If not, I wish you had so I'd know to avoid dealing with him. Bad sellers and buyers are bound to pop up there, just as they do on eBay.

I've had two deadbeat bidders on eBay in the past six weeks, and I've only run eight or nine auctions. An awful lot of people don't feel any obligation to live up to the deals they make.

never left feedback, transaction doesnt even show now.
guess they didnt want to sell it for the bid.
i only bid a dollar and no one bid against me.
which brings to point, they should have set a minimum price if the opening bid was not satisfactory.

A bad seller for sure. I'm a believer in going through with the deals you make even if you're not happy with them.

These days, even on eBay you need to set a price you can live with because people just aren't buying anything for prices they spent two years ago.

tell me about it. i got into the hobby after a 30 years hiadas (since i was a kid) about two years ago, i got kits that sell now for half of what i paid then.

but i also got some really nice new stuff too.
