Been whacked with the flu. Had just about the right amount of energy to sort my HO racetrack people.
In doing online research on the Plasticville spectator figures, I came across Manitouguy's Slotforum Blog (http://www.slotforum.com/forums/blog/manitouguy/index.php?&st=0). Lots of big pictures and commentary on old slots there, mostly 1:32. Also, he likes to scan and upload whole magazine articles and even whole books on racing and modeling subjects. There are two big photo-articles on the Bullitt car chase in the first couple of pages, as well as a Profile book on the D-Jaguar and articles on the Lotus Elite, an Aston Martin works racer, and the Cheetah.
By tomorrow I may actually have the mental energy to read some of them.:freak:
