Hi guys let me try this again, I have a 16 HP OHV Murray lawn mower with a non adjustable carb. it would only run and cut with the choke partly engaged. The filter is ok, plenty of fresh gas. I took the little plastic insert with the small orifice out where the gas goes into the jets, with it out the mower runs ok without the choke, just a little rough. I have cleaned out the jets with a stran of electric wire, the mower is about 12 years old but very few hours, what am I over looking. Your help is much appreciated.

is the carb black plastic it is a walboro series 7 carb,clean and blow out all jets. there are two black (small) o-rings in that carb that will affect fuel draw through the main jets, replace them. i do not have the p/n any more.they are about 2.50 each at a dealer.common parts.put some oil on them when installing them.
