We have tried this with 3 AFX standard lap counters and one mega-G afx f1 racer. The mega g car will click lap for lap in lane one but in lane 2 of the lapcounter it has a tendecy to skip laps , It will start skipping on 1, 2 , 3 or 4 and continue to skip until the car is either pushed across the counter or either the car runs across the clicker at a low rate of speed. We changed counters 3 times and all 3 counters do this. We have'nt had any trouble with any other cars like srt's, super g's and life like trackers.

I have noticed the mega G's pin is up slightly higher due to chassis design , but why on 3 different counters it is only lane 2 on laps either 1, 2, 3 , or 4 . It never misses a lap on 5,6,7,8,9 or any laps in lane 1....

By the way, if we take one of the front tires off it will click lap for lap in either lane.

Are you talking about the mechanical counters ?

Yes , the Clicking 0-9 2 lane lap counters that come with the afx sets.

I have it setting flat level with no angles.

Try a longer guide pin . Might have to go to an aftermarket one.
