I have a generator with an 11 hp tecumseh engine. It has sat up for about 6 months and in that time my dog had bitten the gas line in two. I didn't look where it went into the carberator. I can trace from the gas tank but cannot find where it goes into the carb. Can some tell me or show me a picture of where it goes into the carb? The motor runs good as long as I keep pouring gas inot the carb. thanks del

Depends upon what model engine you have, but there should be a nipple on the side of the carburetor closest to the engine block. It may be an elbow rotated to any one of several angles or it may come straight out towards the engine block. On many Tecumseh horizontal engines the fuel line runs in one side of the engine, behind the flywheel and exits out the opposite side.
