I believe it's an Iso Grifo. Like the Jensen Intercepter , it was powered by an American V8, although ISO used Corvette drivetrains. I understand there were some with Ford 351s in them; I've never come across one.

TJ is correct. It's definitely an Iso. The vents on the side behind the wheels are the big clue here.
