Went into our local Target today and the Matchbox cars were up to $1.09 each. Has this been that way for a while?

Has this been that way for a while? dragonhead00 09-08-2009, 02:42 AM Mine raised the MBs to that price earlier this year after their sale on MBs ended. Uncle Tomica 09-08-2009, 10:34 AM While getting the newspaper, I cruised the aisles at Rite-Aid and found the new DD Bus. Got to the register and it rang up $1.89. Almost left it there, but what the heck. Stick with WM for now. dragonhead00 09-08-2009, 11:31 AM Fortunately, you won't be buying too many of those $1.09 Matchboxes because the pegs will be empty. Walmart is still profitable. They won't have to take the steps Target does. I agree, UT. Now Walmart just has to keep those pegs full. rlyoung1 09-08-2009, 03:04 PM Still .97 at Target here. Eurosport94 09-08-2009, 04:55 PM Still .97 at Target here. x2, and freshly stocked pegs to boot! sschevyman1 09-08-2009, 09:27 PM Mine at 97 as well. dragonhead00 09-09-2009, 03:35 PM Just got back from Target. Prices are back to .97. Must have been a trial or something. Maybe I just haven't been in a while. toyparknyc 09-10-2009, 09:04 PM target near me mbx is $119 for atleast the last year but if you go to the next target 5 min away it 97 cents MBXJimbob 09-11-2009, 09:19 PM Zellers here in Canada is a Target equivalent, they're around 1.19 & sometimes 1.39....WM up here keeps them around 1.29. Superstores here have quite a few and they keep them at .98 most of the time. vBulletin® v3.8.7, Copyright ©2000-2012, vBulletin Solutions, Inc.
