Rob...I think you need to buy more stuff.

RobD

I'm not worried about finding more stuff to buy! I still haven't done anything for tires. I'm sure I'll be handing some cash over to Pat on the 13th.

Ray told me he ordered tires for you.

Cool, thanks Ray! Are these the special dialed-brand you use? I only want the best!

Ray told me you bought me a new car and were putting it together. I think it was a Hyper-something or other. He said it was fast and free (and not free in the handling sense).

I just have to say thanks to everybody for all their generosity! I'll return the favor by offering free bags of bunny doo, got lots of it every week. Works wonders in the garden.

That must be why he hasn't dropped it off at my house yet. He must be preoccupied with spreading that bunny stuff around his yard...

I am very busy working on my stuff for this year. After this last summer of someone reminding me every day who won the one last race of the year. Well a person can only take so much! So here is my plan! I will pick Ray's brain until there is nothing more to give (This may be a short conversation) then I will give my car to Greg to work on. The motor I will have Scott work on or just replace it with one of his and then my batteries will go to Mel for his super dupper battery program. Now for driving I may need to hire that RHK! I think this program will work!

OvalTrucker
09-04-2009, 02:49 PM
My motor program is nothing compared to some of the battery programs!

But, for you Keith, I'll make something happen.

P.S. Those are not raisins that came with Rob's car. But they probably will provide you with the recommended daily allowance of fiber. Let us know how that works for ya!

Everyone, Have a SAFE Holiday Weekend!

Hmm, good idea. Keith can bring the donuts, and I'll bring the raisin-like fiber snacks. Anybody wanting to stop by my pit spot and grab a handful, go ahead! They're even all natural organic, no pesticides!

I'm going out on a limb here!
The first MP race could be on the 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th or 31st.
No promises.
I'll try to contact Tim this week. Maybe next week. Definitely before October.

He's keeping the race dates to himself, that way he's sure to win over Keith "Rob's fiber snacks are better than his forum posts", Ray "I won, Soo what?", and Deano "Da plane, Da plane!"...

Grumble mode on:

Hey, what's up with having to put numbers on the SST bodies? I thought that was a lower-experienced class. You know how much harder that makes it to paint the bodies? Now I gotta cut out 3 sets of 2-digit numbers before I paint Kaylee's truck!

Grumble mode off:

Grumble mode on again:

On the COT body, what's up with putting the side wings of the spoiler in the front tire well? I was going to go with a clear spoiler, now I gotta mask a bunch more lexan.

Grumble mode off again:

Can you tell I started to get the bodies ready for painting? I wanna go racing - at least that's more per month than I get to go flying...

crashmaster

hay rob put the number on the inside of the body befor you paint it if you didn't go that far already

RobD
09-09-2009, 09:15 AM
Yeah, I usually cut out a number on painters tape and stick it to the inside. But Kaylee picked a two-digit number, which means I have to cut 6 of those things out. I did the mask for the bunny last night. This truck is definitely going to be girlie!

OvalTrucker
09-09-2009, 10:27 PM
inferno,
You can run the monte carlo body with 21.5/2cell per BRL/TOUR rules.
13.5/1cell with a COT body per TOUR rules.
Our SST class runs the nastruck body. Please refer to the SST rules at the beginning of this thread.

Come on down! We have a great group of racers and we always welcome newbies! Especially ones that come with Casey!

MP race schedule- October 10, November 21, December 12, January 9, February 13, March 13.
