Beware of XzyledT2 (Kenneth Gilbert) I purchase a buggy from him and all went well except he charged me $25.00 for flat rate shipping witch would have been fine if he had sent it flat rate, Instead he sent it postal priority in a regular box. According to USPS.com form 48706 to 48074 (20 x 18 x 6 @5 lb)$6.85. I sent Ken a message and this is his reply.
I am glad you are happy with the car. I charged $25 for shipping cause I thought I would have to put the car in 2 Flat rate boxes. I will try and refund some of the shipping costs back to you. I am still waiting for your payment to come through, its still pending. As soon as it comes through you will be getting a refund for the difference in shipping.

Well here's where my mistake was made, I took his word and left positive feedback!!!! Now he has yet to return any money,messages and has also declined a paypal request for $17.00. Im posting this to let everyone know this time its just the shipping cost but what will it be next?
