Will the BRL require these now too? Been nice to know when the Tour rules went out instead of wasting another $40.00

There is nothing in the TOUR rules requiring hard case receiver packs. In fact, there is no specification on receiver packs at all in the TOUR rules. Just as there is no mention of lipo sacks in the TOUR rules. But some tracks and events may require lipo sacks as a track safety rule. My understanding is Allan and Mike required hard case receiver packs last year at the Ovalmasters as a safety concern and have continued it this year.

At this time I don't plan to require hard cases for the BRL unless the tracks we race at want them for safety reasons.
