This will be a great opporitunity for racers to dust off their cars and test and tune before the first BRL race in Cincinnati or for the upcoming carpet season. I will post a schedule once I talk to Buddy to confirm practice and starting times. I'm sure there will be practice Friday Oct. 2. All BRL classes will be offered.

Anything other Saturdays at Victory ?

Talked to Buddy tonight and here is what the scedule will be.

Oct. 2 - Practice 3:00-until I feel like leaving
Buddy said if anyone is interested in coming to practice earlier to call the store before Oct. 2 and he will be sure to be there.

Oct. 3
8:00 Doors open
2:00 Racing starts. There will be 3 heats and a main.

Cory, what time do you think we would be done on Sat.?

I think they will run the rounds on the hour. That would have the mains starting at 5.

I would guess around 5:30-6:00 depending what time your main rolls off, and assunimg they run the heats on the hour.

Thought I'd bump this to the top! A few of us have been practicing on the newer oval layout, and it's really grooved up! Track is a bit more forgiving and racing-friendly now. Pretty much the exact dimensions of Ft. Wayne's track too, so this race is an excellent opportunity to get dialed in for both the Victory Hobbies BRL race, and the Ft. Wayne BRL race. Sounds like there will be a fast crowd to kick the season off!!!!

You, Heft, & Makus are good little groove makers! Makes it easier for us when we get there!! :wave: (but don't forget Sully's Groove)

We have been running pinks on the left, double purple RF and a double pink RR. For 13.5 you may want to try pearl whites on the left, gray/silver RF and a white RR.
