We've got a new track going to be ready to run Sunday Aug 30th. Everyone come check it out! I'll try and get the schedule for the rest of the season posted up later tonight. I ran it today and it should be some good fast racing!

A little more work today and the 9'x20' driver stand should be complete.We've added a 6'x6' deck on the north side of the stand for the track official that sticks out slightly from the stand and about 4 ft below it.The track is great, very fast and flows nicely.I'll try and get some pics of the track and stand put up for everyone to see tonight.I hope to see everyone out on the 30th to check out the new track, I know you'll like it.And no mini tracks here for you modded slash boys this track is big and fast.

just talked to randy, told him i have a brand new roll of orange snow fence, so ya;ll can have it. for along the long straight away, and the corner by the woods, you know the one tipp..lol

Us boys from canada already had the trip booked 2 weeks ago to come race with all you, and 2 of us changed a work schedule to make it. We do plan on making it out again if all goes well with this trip. Broke in my new engine for my TTR this morniing and did well at the races. Im exited to put it on a different track.

yes from what i have heard the new club location is awsome can't wait to race it and alot of us coming from where i do will be happy having to not go thru town all tho we might put a dent in walmarts sales....lol

i will be racing both tracks, i think it will be fun to race differnt tracks often, i am not taking sides, i think everybody should know that both tracks are welcome to anybody that wants to race and have fun. hopefully they will be on differnt race days!! not only does gaylord have a awsome race track, they now have 2!!!!! so no exuses to miss out on the fun!!!!

Yes, all members are welcome anytime.We worked all weekend on the track and drivers stand,getting pretty close to being done.Drivers stand is 9' off the ground,talk about an incredible view of the track WOW!Make sure you bring your RC.And thanks Fathead, we'll definately race em like we stole em, can't wait.Just hope I don't get those dang pre-race jitter and puke all over the race track...lol.

Last week the losi blew a front bell bearing and the whole bell slid forward and ate a hole into the gas tank, other than that she's a screamin deamon.I spent 3 hours tonight cleanin her up and adjusting a few things,got the new bell bearing in put on a smaller center diff gear so she'll scream evan faster down at that huge track at Stateline, I figure 65mph should be fast enough to pass those pros down there.Maybe I'll be able to hit full throttle on that monster O.S. engine of mine...lol!

Hey Guys! I am going on vacation starting Saturday to my folks cottage on Lake Charlevoix. I have been following your threads somewhat and would like to know if I would be welcome to come and race on the 23rd of August. I think that will be at the fairgrounds, not sure. clue me in... What classes are running? I have a GT2, 1/8 buggy, and T4. How about posting a pic of your track? Let me know, Mark

you are more than welcome at nmrcc about 10 miles from the fairgrounds. are 1st race is the weekend following the 23rd no buggys yet but if you can get one or two more no problem mayby throw in with another class if no one objects i cerntly dont mind.
were all about having fun here at nmrcc pretty loose on the rules

Hey tipps sorry I couldnt make it on sunday. How much else is needed on the drivers stand? I'm going to try and get down there this weekend and help out some more. Good luck at stateline. And you had better have a better showing for NMRCC then we did at factorytracks! That wont be hard all you would have to do is complete a race. LOL You and GNS will do fine. Call me this weekend and rub it in. Hopefully I'm at the new track getting something done.

I didnt quit racing. Just been on vacation and getting a new job. Start tomorrow welding. New track is sweet.I cant wait to race it. Man do I wish I could go this weekend. I had it almost worked out and then I find out my brother is going to be here from Montana this weekend. I just want to puke!
