Hey guys.... have a Lindberg SC100 kit. I believe it's all there can do more pics if anyone's interested!
Couldn't find anything that states a scale.... but it's friggin' huge.... 1/18th, maybe 1/12th.... more pics, these are really detailed! This thing apparently has a working clutch!

I built one of those back in 1965 or so. It had a working driveline powered by an electric motor inside the engine block, working spring suspension, working steering, and working headlights! It appears to be approximately 1/12 scale. It's a very Sixties-futuristic design, like a lot of the stuff coming out of Art Center College of Design at that time, or some of the more advanced customs created by Gene Winfield and Dean Jeffries.

Lindberg reissued this kit a couple of times, most recently in 1981 as the "Silver Streak." Interestingly, the box art for that issue calls it a "1990 GT Sport coupe," though the retro design just screams "Sixties"! The box also carries the advisory "For the Advanced Model Builder -- Ages 14 to Adult." I found it a bit of a challenge but had no real problems putting the thing together when I was 11 or 12.

Guys, I really haven't a clue to the worth of this thing. I DO know that the box is big, probably close to 12" x 24", wrapping/packing it is gonna make it bigger, and shipping is probably going to make Obama shiver!! Last saw price wise was $53, as far as trades..... AFX slots/redlines?

the one I have is a completely different animal. The box is in much better shape, the only thing started is the engine.... parts are pretty much still tree'd. Would like to avoid the ebay hassle anyone in for $90 shipped?
