does any one know if there are slot car shows in Florida

Sad to say, that I have not seen or heard of any shows in Florida. Only a few race groups that I know in the Central FL area.

thanks for the reply ,im just starting to get back in to ho slots and im have a hard time in the vero beach area to find cars

The only suggestion I can come up with is to check the Flea markets. There used to be one on US1 down on the south end of town. There was someone on ebay selling from Vero about 3-4 months ago. They had a ton of sweet T jets, There must have been 100 or more in listings spanning about a month. Wish I had the funds to bid on a couple, but the condition of most of them put them out of my reach. Say hi to my friends at Charlies Towing if you happen to see them!!! ;)

Check with autoworldslots at ebay. He lives down there.

Troy, this is the best way to get back into it, turning a few laps and sharing some racing tips with fellow racers, trying to get into some "rules rules" club will just be frustrating.
its a hobby for fun.
And if you find a flea market and find cars and have questions, call my cell anytime.
