Have 4hp mower I removed the carb and tank and replaced the gasket and diaphram on the tank. I put it back and it starts fine I notice gas leaking where carb throttle meets the engine. I noticed there is a white washer and what looks to be a black rubber O ring, I tried all configuration I can think of of those 2 rings but it is still leaking .....any ideas how to fix this
I don't have the engine numbers in front of me but can get them if needed..

The black O-ring goes into the carb first then the white plastic ring should snap in on top of the O-ring. This seals the carb to the intake manifold, There really shouldn't be any fuel leaking from there.....
