OK. Thanks to Lou, I was able to get the LEDs in the hands of my Iron Man kit. I had no trouble getting the LED into the chest and connecting the hand LEDs to the chest LED.
Here is my question. How do I cut the eyes?!
I want to add another LED to the head piece, but I'm afraid of cutting the eyes out on both the head and mask pieces.
Help :o

you need to be very careful with the faceplate, I used a tiny drill bit to start then carved out the rest with an exacto knife. You can be a bit more brutal with the two head pieces, since those will be covered by the faceplate

I grinded down the plastic behind the eyes on the faceplate so it was thinner then I used my x-acto knife to carefully cut out the eyes(make sure your blade is new and sharp) As for the head i just used my dremel to drill out the eyes this piece is covered by the face plate so a mistake is more forgiving.

I did it last night. I used a hobby knife and kept cutting slivers of plastic off. More and more until the LED easily glowed through.
The head piece was easy. I just took a drill bit to it and opened up the whole thing, then glued the mask on. Looks good. Needs a bit of putty where the top of the mask meets the helmet, but it'll look great when finished! :)
Question now is when painting, how do I mask those small slivers?
I was thinking of putting putty there, then when I'm done painting, I can just knock out the putty with a hobby knife. :o

I cut the holes the whole way thru, no need to mask. After I painted the gold on it, I put some tissue paper on the inside to diffuse the light

Silly Putty is great for masking leaves no residue and can be used over and over again
