Just got a set of the latest Auto-Lift, series 2, and they are sweet! Did anyone notice the new twin scoop hood with the Hemi underneath on the Superbee? Previous releases had the single scoop and a 383. Maybe it is my imagination, but they all look like jewels. The paint and chrome is nice, and it just seems the quality is even higher than before.

just picked up one of these auto lift to use for display

got the 2 super bees (love MOPAR stuff) and noticed the top car is gold w/gold wheels...is this some kind of chase, or just the regular edition?...or were there any chases' in the auto lifts?

Yes the gold on gold Super Bee is a chase car. Congrats on the find.

Yea, I'm in Westland...and this wasn't found in Michigan... was travelling to Ohio to visit Mom and stopped at a K-Mart

Must have been one of those "collector" (?) K-Marts?...I heard they were designating some that way.

This one had just put out 2 full spinners and all the pegs were jammed with new Hot Wheels. They still had M-2 JL, Maisto and Greenlight on the pegs in the diecast aisle, not in a clearance section

I didn't know it was a chase car, I just thought it was trimmed out in gold like the black one in the single pack.

Kinda glad i don't live in MI anymore i was there a couple months ago and the collectors are plentiful , i grew up in westland.
