I think the Vista Cruisers Color is the more correct green from the era instead of the neon green we have been seeing.

That is a nice vista cruiser! I think that the "nasty" one was a preproduction one?

Interestingly enough it seems that MB is releasing more than one color at a time currently. I also saw two neon green ones at another Target this morning along with a light gold Prius to go along with the light green one I already have.

And after stopping at a total of three Targets this morning.... I now have all 6 of the M2 driver series.:thumbsup:

Those M2 Drivers series cars are the best value on the market hands down. They have astonishing detail and rubber tires. I can live without a metal base, but i hate cars that don't roll well. Greenlight cars roll very poorly and JL's have the plastic tires which are just as bad a rubber tires that don't fit.
I will snatch these m2's up like I used to snatch up old JL's that were $2.99.

Definetly a great bunch of cars... Congrats on all those finds !!!

and finally broke down and bought a .....GREENLIGHT.... first one i own. auction block 1970 chevy c-10 longbed truck:wave: i could not walk away from this one. it looks perfect but may end up as a cooters tow truck short bed...undesided right now:wave:

I saw no M2 muscle at local Targets . There was some release 2 Autothentics though .. A couple Drivers series , but no chrome on the cars turned me off . Black bumpers - forget it ...

just picked up the vista cruiser in the neon green, its actually a metallic color (shines in the light) and doesn't look bad (i'm not biased/hardcore enough to be mad about the color)

I would LOVE to find stuff like that around here. No such luck though with only 2 stores that have diecast, and neither have M2
