as an ebay power seller with over 35000 sales under my belt, let me make a very serious suggestion to you:
add a disclaimer saying "model kit does not actually move or speak."
i know what youre saying "nobody who has internet access could possible be that stupid."
trust me, they can. (toy companies have to do something similar in their ads.)
