Here's mine

1) 65 Mustang GT350R (Not a fake "R", or half hearted "R", but a real honest to goodness attempt at an R model in lots of different racing livery. A 100% truly virgin casting for anyone that can pull it off. You wouldn't be able to keep them on the pegs long enough)

2) 65 Ford Falcon (no one has ever done one correctly)

3) 64 Mercury Comet (another virgin casting)

4) 64 Plymouth Fury (ditto)

5) 65 Dodge Dart (ditto)

I know some people get tired of muscle cars being done so much, but it seems to be the same ones repeated too often. In my opinion Greenlight should repeat some models done by other manufacturers, however, because they seem to be the only ones who care about scale!
