Most of you already know we're going to be there with some new stuff to display. What we'll also be doing is cleaning out part of our warehouse for damaged box kits. Not sure what we'll have, but I know we'll have a little of everything the way it looks. Anything left over will be offered for sale when I return to the office. See you there!

Phone would be OK, as long as there is some pre-notice as to when it would be posted (as some of us don't get on all during the day; some morning, some evening etc).

You could also do via a thread, post whats available and then let people reply with their request. When "bidding" period is closed start at oldest post and work down till kits are gone. The poster could be emailed to call in to place order.
