I hate to say it but a clean version is in order. A before, during and after. Do the truck and you'll have the whole movie.
roadrner 08-06-2009, 08:50 AM probbly paint decal
Gunn,
You might wish to check her and see if he doesn't have a decal set made up in your scale. I know he has quite a few sets for other models and he has scales from 1/24 to 1/87. You just have to clearcoat them before you apply.
Good lookin Charger!  rr

thanks roadrner for the link. i will check it out.

Stangfreak 11-10-2010, 04:01 AM Why does the Charger look green ?
Here's the wheels I'm using on mine, that's under way, No redlines though !!!
http://i48.photobucket.com/albums/f204/Diecastfun/Diecast%20Fun%202/DSC00640.jpg
i used a yellow base with lime light green. if the light is not right it shows the green more than a mix.
here is a link to the real color and why most people see the color as yellow.
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0071424/faq#.2.1.1
like in this pic you can see the yellow/ grn
http://pic100.picturetrail.com/VOL656/2703276/8977963/371172465.jpg just depends on the lighting. i may try a remixing of the paint to see if that helps.
Stangfreak 11-10-2010, 09:33 AM Very cool gunn... I had a real 17 Demon 340 like that... In the bright sun it looked yellow and in the shade it liiked lite green... I think the name of the paint was "Chartruse green"
But that Charger looks GOOD, Good, good !!!
Lummox 11-10-2010, 12:00 PM Artfully done crash work on that Gunn. I'm impressed!
FLOYDFROG 11-11-2010, 04:51 AM Nice. One of my favorite movies
dee1orean 11-14-2010, 05:45 AM I can still remember the first time I saw that film, I mainly stuck with it for the charger! I as many was shocked by the ending but the thing that stuck in my mind was, "hang on, that's the crash from The Fall Guy intro..." about 1.09min in:
YouTube - Tv Theme Fall Guy (Full Version)
Damn, now I've gotta go make that truck... I know ERTL did it but it wasn't that great!
