Many of you know Windex's qualities for stripping chrome.
it also does a good job on light paint.

It'll also take off that Testors model paint that is commonly globbed all over some amateur custom.

That's great! I have two of those bass cars to try it on. Did you spray and wipe or soak them?

Soak em in fresh windex, the walmart windex works too.
Use a brush or fingernail to scrub the stubborn stuff.

I have them soaking in windex now. I tried spraying them a few times and wiping them down. The only result was a very clean car. Should I let them soak all night?

Yep, the windex will eat through the clear coat and loosen the stamped decals.
You can then brush them right off. This also works on Tycos and JLs.
