I have not had new additions for my small Le Mans collection for some time, but here are a couple that I recently recived.

Porsche 956, winner in 1984.
Usually I don't buy these HPI models as they are rather expensive, but this one was on sale, so I couldn't resist it. The details are increddible for a 1:43!

Peugeot 905, winner in 1992
From IXO, the manufacturer that I usually buys. Nice but a little rough compared to the HPI

That Porsche is gorgeous - pictures don't do it justice. (I have one too)

The Peugeot might not be as detailed but its still a great little piece.

Thanks for posting :)

I also have the LM 1984 #7 HPI Porsche & agree it is superbly detailed & presented.

However, I do have an issue with its shape, particularly the cabin area, which I find too narrow - here's a comparison, of the HPI 1985 Canon 956, with an Ebbro version (also with a removeable engine cover). Pics #2 & #4 show this best.

I also have examples of the Porsche 956 by Minichamps & Spark, both of which follow the Ebbro example, in this respect & better represent the 1:1.
