Well, see, I recently bought a pair of nice display cabinets from Ikea (http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/20116877), and put them up in the living room. I got them because my old shelves were full and i had nowhere to put the next thing I built! Turns out, between the two of them (with some extra shelves), I now have enough room to display all my WWII airplane models, and some space left over!

So I'm dedicating the next couple of months to building a P-47 and a Spitfire to fill in the gaps! :)

I think I'm building too much sci fi lately, anyway. I miss airplanes.
