We have a new 5.9 savage xl. It was broken in properly but shortly after the break in the one way bearing started to slip on the roto start.:(Now I figured no problem I will pull motor take roto apart clean clean it and put it back together.
Here HPI decided to change their design on the 5.9 the one way bearing is actually inside the crank case where the motor gets lube via the nitro.:confused:
We run 30 percent S&W fuel ,we run this in all of our RC's here at our track.
Has anybody else ran into this problem?
This truck may have 10 tankfulls ran through it ,it runs great after we get it started ,but with the roto start acting up like this ,it a big pain in the butt!:freak:
