Uh, Anybody offer a little assistance with how the grill section comes out/off on these trucks. Just didn't want to break it. Is there a glue point? Kinda looks like it snaps in place? The boys would appreciate any imput. Thanks...RM

Rolled one of those into the shop, had the crew look it over... They said, " have the boys move the jackstands under the truck.. they have to move, The bumper, grille assy, and the light lump, will all slide down after a little persuasion over the tabs behind the bumper.. Once it slides down and to the rear, the Grille will bypass its keeper and will come along as one unit..Watch your fingers and don't let the boys under it in the process... "

Oh boy!!! I've been patiently waiting for someone to do one of these!! I have an AW torn apart that kinda hit a dead end with the fiber optic clearance lights in the cab. I'm trying to figure out a way to light them from the headlight LED and there's just not enough room to attach and have them wind right in the cab. Someday.... Can't wait to see where the boys go with this!! :thumbsup:

Randy, the grille does snap in place but sometimes a little chrome flash exists on the sides of the chrome headlight frames in back of the body which makes the removal tricky. Good Luck, can't wait to see what you create with the Semi! ...RL
