I don't know if anyone's thought of this, but how about a Greenlight version of the DeLorean DMC 12? I can't say I have ever seen this in diecast (I've seen model kits) and I think it would be a great addition to the Greenlight family. What do you all think?

If they made one I would definately buy one because I have wanted one in 1/64 scale but couldn`t find any and Greenlights are really good quality.

It has been done in Diecast form. Hotwheels did them for the Back to the Future movie's. If you look around you can finds pictures of them. To the best of my knowlage, nobody has done a stock version.

Maybe if Greenlight decided to do a line of semi obscure sports cars. They could also add in a Bricklin and a Pantera. Though cars like that are more likely to came from someone like Fresh Cherries or even Hot Wheels. There are a lot more popular cars Greenlight could come out with first.

Yep, I found it, but it seems it was only released in Hong Kong. They have a couple on Ebay, but the cheapest is at $40.

Johnny Lightning made a Back to the Future version in their Hollywood on Wheels series in 1998. You should be able to find them for $5 or less.

Zylmex/Zee Toys also made one, I have it packed away, but the doors open and all (pretty cool feature). It is also a stock version (I never even knew it existed and was luck to stumble upon it on ebay). However, the interior is terrible so GL should definitley do one. Heres a link to one customized by one of our board members :) Hope this helps!!!

Yeah, the zee/zylmex version was also called either Dynawheels, Dynaracers, or Windracers... I had one in the 80's... pretty cool car for a cheapo casting, when nobody else was making one... no licensing issues back then I suppose..
