Just want to say what a nice person she has been, both on the phone and via e-mail. I know she'd probably like to throw a Chariot kit upside my head by now! After replacing my original chassis parts ruined by the tire meld, I had to get another canopy after trashing mine with bad paint job, then I needed the doors because they went bad on the paint job with the canopy, and now I've lost one of the front bumpers!! Just call me SchleppRock!

Great customer service on all counts. She's just another one of those truly nice people behind the scenes, the kind of person who makes a business a success. Thanks so much!

Wouldn't it just be easier to buy another kit, Tim?

Yes, I needed to order a 2 ruined parts for my FS and she sent them right out. She also emailed me a PDF of The Pod instructions after my son spilled paint on the originals. She's always so nice to deal with and happy to help! Another reason to buy Moebius (if great kits werent enough). They have the best customer service and she's the face/voice/email of it! Thank you, Angela!

I also agree. I emailed last Friday about my Chariot parts I found damaged when I opened it (tires against the body parts) and had new parts by Monday!!!

Nossir, I speak of Lisa Greco, the voice of Polar Lights back in the day, If you called PL for customer service, you'd talk to Lisa, and she'd take care of you like a loving auntie. She was a member of HobbyTalk in good standing and we all loved her dearly.
