Mitch, I FINALLY found the Carb for the drake motor and it went out in Priority Mail this morning. I put a not in with it explaining what I had found but forgot to mention that a relief will have to be cut in the flywheel to clear the carb. OR you could try to mount the carb backwards and run the throttle cable in the rear of the engine.
