he sold me batterys that were no good, i wentto greenville tn. to set deal right.he dodged me at the track.dont buy from him

i know ryan he is a good guy. I am sure there is more to the story.

the batterys looked to be in good shape,but wherehard to charge.i told him the next day he saidthat he was going to the masters i live 1hr. from it.iwas not racing. but i was the the big blackman their lol.ryan's sounds like a good guy but he didn't do what he said he would . their was a lot of racers that know me . berry hill and others.i ve never took anyone for nothing, i don't have too! i got money. its about doing the right thing.

Wow i didnt even know blackman had posted here.. Rather funny actually.. 8 Months after I sold him batteries? I sold him multiple batteries Cycled every single one of them on my turbo35 before I sent them back in November... Told me he'd show up at the 08 Oval Masters.. he never showed with the packsafter I asked him to bring them because I wanted to see if they were in the same condition as when I sold them. Not to mention I threw in Discharge trays for free.. I gave him a smoking deal for almost nothing and he wants his money back, because he blows up some packs doesnt show up at the Oval Masters?? I was there.. Check the entry list and results page... Where was he? no where to be found.. I sold him something like 7 4 Cell packs and 2 discharge trays that were the last of my 4 cell stuff for a 100$ just to get rid of it...

What could possibly be done now after all this time has passed?
No disrespect but, how were the batteries "hard to charge?"
