I have talked with several guys that run or plan on running this class at the OvalMasters and have come up with a great idea!

Lets make the COT car Nascar theme paint jobs! It doesnt have to be a recent scheme and it can be a sprint cup or nationwide theme..Any YEAR!

Once again its NOT MANDATORY! just something we came up with..and just so you dont have the same scheme post here what scheme you are going to use!

It is ok if it is the same driver, just make it a differnt paint job. I am still trying to decide. Either #43 air force, or #18 snikers. Who knows, this race is 4 months away, I will change my mide 20 times.

Haha...yea. Might be easier to duplicate than first thought. Just open up 1 bottle of each: pink, yellow, blue, green, orange. Set body on floor. Set paint on counter. Knock bottles over. (you'll want the yellow bottle to the front of the body).

With my painting skills I will do the Wood Brothers #21, Bill Elliott, motocraft car. Sorry I do not have a pick, but it is solid red with white and black lettering and silver numbers. Maybe I need to call Miller.

I've got a whole bunch of mid 90's NASCAR stuff... I'll scan some stuff in.

If you go to masgrafix you cna get some really cools schemes it is a site for you to download cars for your nascar computer games but you can save the pics of the cars they have new and old areo war cars etc. here are some samples

Yes Kat, remember that was when Autographics had the 3 and several other popular schemes and were fairly reasonable in price. It didn't help that it was before the wraps used today so teams kept the PAINT easy to fix which also made it easy to replicate on a R/C body as well. There was also a heat with 3 of the red Budwieser #11's.

Nice idea but it got a bit confusing too. Saw that one coming and got a Neil Bonnett #51 body by Dan Toll. There was one other similar body around but for me there was no issue.

I've been going to Bristol area quite a bit this year and have at least 4 more trips before the season's over. I might ought to check the schedule, I may actually be able to take my gear and go play!

This "should" be my 13.5 car at Oval Masters...To honor my brother and his 15+ years of service...So far as he is still active.

Got an email saying I should have a 43 Air Force car for the Masters. I heard a lot of people talking about what they will have, and it sounds great.

It would be nice to see all the cars out there with at least numbers and some stickers and such. If not, oh well come out and race anyway!
